You have the following rights with respect to the personal data we hold about you:
General Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). To the extent that processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent with future effect.
Rights Regarding Data Processing Based on Legitimate Interest
Pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, you have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (data processing in the

Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website
When you use the website solely for informational purposes—that is, if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information—we collect only the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. This data is technically necessary to display our website correctly, to ensure its stability and security, and to detect cases of misuse or malfunctions. In particular, the following data is processed and stored in so-called server log files: IP address, device/browser data, usage behavior, cookies.
The processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the proper display of the website, the maintenance of stability and security, and the technical administration of our systems. We will delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations apply.
Applications
You can apply to our company electronically, specifically via email. We will, of course, use your information exclusively to process your application and will not share it with third parties. Please note that emails sent without encryption are not transmitted in a secure manner.
If you have applied for a specific position that has already been filled, or if we consider you equally or even more suitable for another position, we would like to forward your application within the company. Please let us know if you do not consent to such forwarding.
Your personal data will be deleted immediately upon completion of the application process, or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you have expressly given us your consent for longer storage of your data or a contract has been concluded. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a), (b), and (f) of the GDPR as well as § 26 of the BDSG.
Use of Cookies
Cookies enable us to recognize your browser and store information such as your language preference, the duration of your visit to our website, or the data you enter there.

Google Maps
Provided you have given your consent, we use the Google Maps mapping service on our website. Google Maps is a mapping service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The service provider responsible for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”).
When you visit a website that includes Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers, whereby the map content is sent to your browser and integrated by it. This includes the following data:

The information collected via the API regarding your use of this website is generally processed within the European Union.
To the extent that data is processed outside the EU/EEA, Google LLC has obtained certification under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program and is listed on the International Trade Administration (ITA) Data Privacy Framework list. This means that Google has publicly committed to complying with DPF obligations, and any data transfer to the U.S. is permissible based on the European Commission’s current adequacy decision dated July 10, 2023.

The legal basis for this data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 TTDSG. Google Maps is only loaded on our website after you have actively consented via our consent banner or a corresponding notice. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect by opening the privacy settings below (“Website Cookies”) and making the appropriate changes there.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes of processing.
Hosting
The provider hosting our website content is Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv Street, Tel Aviv, 6350671 Israel. Wix provides us with the technical infrastructure necessary for the
operation of our website (servers, storage space, security services, maintenance). In doing so, Wix processes the following data on our behalf:

· Pages/files accessed and amount of data transferred
· Notification of successful retrieval (HTTP status code)
· Referrer URL (previously visited page)

· The processing of this data is technically necessary to ensure the website is provided in a stable, secure, and efficient manner and to detect or prevent attacks or misuse.
The use of Wix.com is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring the most reliable presentation of our website possible. Wix processes the personal data of our website visitors on our behalf in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. This is based on a data processing agreement. The data processing agreement is part of the Wix Terms of Service and stipulates, among other things, that Wix processes personal data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and complies with the requirements of the GDPR.
According to its own statements, Wix hosts data on servers in the European Union, in Israel, and, where applicable, in other countries. Israel has an adequacy decision from the European Commission pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR, which confirms an adequate level of data protection. To the extent that data is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision (in particular to the U.S.), this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Articles 46 et seq. of the GDPR (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and supplementary protective measures, where necessary.

Sentry
Wix.com Ltd. uses the “Sentry” service provided by Functional Software, Inc. (USA) for technical monitoring and error analysis of our website. Sentry is a specialized monitoring and error-tracking tool that automatically collects technical information when errors occur in the web application (e.g., time of the error, URL accessed, type and scope of the error message, pseudonymized/IP address in abbreviated form if applicable, browser and device information, operating system, referrer, and interactions immediately preceding the error). The use of Sentry serves to ensure the stability, performance, and security
of our online offering by enabling the early detection of outages, malfunctions, and security-related anomalies, and the rapid resolution of their causes.
Wix.com provides Sentry as an integrated component of its hosting infrastructure; logging and analysis therefore take place primarily at the system level at Wix or Sentry. In connection with the use of Sentry, the transfer of usage and error data to Sentry’s servers in third countries (in particular the United States) cannot be ruled out; According to their own statements, Wix and Sentry employ appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an adequate level of data protection. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional, and user-friendly website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Overall, the integration of Sentry by Wix.com helps to increase the reliability, stability, and security of the websites we host via Wix by enabling technical malfunctions to be detected, analyzed, and resolved more quickly.
